The Spirit of Perversion

WARNING!  This information contains language or subject matter that one may find offensive.  This information has been prepared to open the eyes of one’s understanding; to educate one on the tactics of the devil and to help set the captive free.  It has been inspired by my eagerness to share the truth and tactics of satan in binding one through sexual sins.  LISTENER’S DISCRETION IS ADVISED………..

Let’s define perversionthe alteration of something from its original course, meaning, or state to a distortion or corruption of what was first intended;  sexual behavior or desire that is considered abnormal or unacceptable.

We witness a lot of perversion in world today. There are many things being altered from its natural form or use.  I was in Sam’s in mid-summer looking at fruit to purchase.  I came upon a fruit named a PLOT.  It is a plum and apricot.  Man has cross bred seeds of different fruit and changed it from the original state it was created for.  God made a plum a plum and an apricot an apricot.
I visited the State Fair and witnessed many animals that man had crossbred with others.  Ducks were crossbred with chickens; cows with goats, etc.  When God commanded Noah to gather the animals into the ark two by two, they were species of its own kind.   Many are altering their bodies from its original course, meaning and state to a distortion or corruption of what their bodies were first intended.  Females altering their backsides to appear larger than what they really are by injecting Fix-O-Flat; in many cases causing death and other adverse side-affects.  We hear a lot about transgender persons; men having surgery to become a woman and a woman altering her body to become a man.  I just want to serve the enemy notice, “my God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is so infinite in His wisdom and knowledge that when He created man and woman, he created them in such a way that when a man has his genitalia removed to be altered to be like that of a woman, he can’t, he will be just a castrated man. There is not a doctor in this world that can surgically make a man into a woman or a woman into a man.  It is just not possible.  This only leaves that person’s body distorted.   The pelvic bones of a man and woman were created in such a way that it is utterly impossible for man who was born a man to become a woman.  God is an all knowing God and He knew before He even created man that man would over step his boundaries.

Romans 1: beginning at verse 22 reads:

(24) Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:

The spirit of perversion controls people with sexual impurity and all who dishonor their bodies among themselves—abandoning them to the degrading power of sin.  It is a lustful spirit; ruling over men who lust after women—and women who lust after men; men lusting after men and women lusting after women.

(25) Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever.  Amen

The spirit of perversion controls people who are into homosexuality, lasciviousness, beast ology or prostitution.  This same evil spirit operates with a lying spirit, the spirit of rebellion and the spirit of idolatry in the lives of such people.

(26-27) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

They exchanged their natural function for an unnatural one because of their vile affection and degrading passions.  As I stated earlier men have altered their bodies to try and become women and women have altered their bodies to become men.  For this cause God has given them up unto foul, nasty, unpleasant, bad, disagreeable, horrid, dreadful and abominable desires.

(28-32) An even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit these things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Because they have gone so far and not retained (kept) God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient (not suitable).  Here the meaning of reprobate mind is not only of rejection but abandonment.  God gave them just what they wanted.

In Closing

Those who are under the influence of perversion or lust are controlled by a demonic perverted spirit of confusion and error.  This wicked spirit keeps people far from the Truth as they are blinded and can’t see the truth and don’t believe the truth which makes them haters of God.  The spirit of perversion is a strongman assigned by and controlled by satan.

HOW TO BE SET FREE AND OVERCOME THE SPIRIT OF PERVERSION

Those dealing with a spirit of perversion of any kind, sexual, lustful, mental or physical must first admit this sin to God and ask Him to forgive them and admit that they have sinned against Him.  After admitting comes believing by faith that Jesus is the son of God, He died on the cross for your sin and arose on the third day. After believing comes confession that Jesus Christ is now Lord and ruler over your life.

The formula for overcoming the fight against the spirit of perversion is found in Proverbs 4:23-27.

1.    Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
2.    Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
3.    Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
4.    Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
5.    Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

The spirit of perversion strives to control the heart of man, as whatever comes out of the mouth comes from the heart.

A person’s defiled condition is evidenced by what comes out of his mouth which can reveal the spirit of perversion in operation.  A person that fails to guard his affections will be easily influenced by this spirit which will in in turn affect everything in their life.   The heart must be guarded with all vigilance if false and dishonest speech must be avoided.  If the heart is not properly checked, it will be uneasy to deal with willful and contrary talk at all times.  Likewise, if you maintain a fixed purpose and consider well the path of your feet, then, The Lord will establish your ways.  Know the place destined for you by God and have a vision of where you are headed and you will stay on ‘Solid Ground’.  Don’t get sidetracked; pull back your foot from danger.

Holiness is the Way

Let’s define holinessHoliness derives from the word holy and it is the quality of life to those who are dedicated, consecrated and set apart solely to God.  Holiness is the very attribute, trait, and characteristic of who God is.  He is pure and undefiled.  Nothing or no-one can be compared to Him! Before anything was, He is and shall always be HOLY!

[The word HOLY in the Hebrew is kodesh.  It means a sacred place or thing, something that is consecrated or dedicated to a sanctified purpose.  In the Greek the word translated as holy is hagios, which means pure or blameless.  When God designates something as holy, he considers it pure and consecrated for service to fulfill [His purpose.]

One of the greatest examples of this to me is found in Isaiah 6: 1-3.  In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.  Above it stood the seraphims:  each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.  And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts:  the whole earth is full of his glory.   What I would like to point out are the seraphims.  Seraphims are a class or certain type of angel that come first and are closest to the throne of God.

They exist in the uppermost part of the hierarchy of angels and their very name means ardor (enthusiasm or passion).  They encircle the throne existing off the love emanated by God and unceasingly, repeat “holy, holy, holy.”  This burning love keeps them ever close to God’s Throne and they bear love and light to the lesser choirs of angels.

I would like share a few points on HOLINESS.

v THINGS CHANGE IN THE ATMOSPHERE OF HOLINESS
Here in the sixth chapter of Isaiah in verses two and three, we witness just how holy the presence of God is.  Here these angels are constantly in the presence of God and due to His holiness, they cover their eyes and feet with their wings.  Surely if the angels respect the holiness of an almighty God, then those of us in the earth must respect His holiness as well.  Being in the presence of a holy atmosphere, a change will begin to take place.  Holiness is where God is and nothing unholy can remain in that state in His presence.  Look at Isaiah, in verse five, “then said I, Woe is me!  For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.  Isaiah realized how undone he was because he was a man of unclean lips that dwelled in the midst of a people with unclean lips after seeing the King; the Lord of hosts in the atmosphere of holiness.  When you are in the presence of a HOLY GOD, something is going to change!

v OUR CONVERSATIONS SHOULD BE HOLY
Turn with me to 1 Peter 15:16 and it reads – But as He which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

We are living in a time where the conversation of most is so profane and defiled that it hurts one’s ear.  Being holy in all manner of conversation means just what this scripture says.

Whatever type of conversation you are having, it must be holy.  Gossiping, backbiting and tearing down one’s character with our mouth is not HOLY!  Being holy in our conversation means that when a person approaches you with something negative about your brother or sister in God’s Kingdom or anyone else for that matter, you should not even be a partaker of it by even listening, less known than giving an opinion about it.  You can shut unholy conversations down by not even being a participant in it.  If you happen to know something about your sister or brother that they may have an issue with or struggling in, your conversation should be with them in love and not with others bringing them down.  I am strongly led to tell you this, “IF YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THIS, STOP IT!”  You will have to stand before a just God and give an account for every idle word that is coming out of your mouth.  Idle words are not holy words!  Idle words are careless, inactive and unproductive and when they come forth out of your mouth, they can have a negative effect on someone.  Remember that death and life is in the power of our own tongue, and if we love it, we shall eat the fruit thereof as stated in Proverbs 18:21.  I admonish you “do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” (That can be found in Ephesians 4:29).

v HOLY PEOPLE ARE PECULIAR
1 Peter 2:9 states – But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

Holy people have been selected as the best and most appropriate of all people born and living, a regal lineage, a sacred and separated culture, an odd individual; that you should express warm approval or admiration of God who has summoned you out of world into His extremely good light.  You are not peculiar if you are looking, talking and walking like the world, “you are just worldly!”

v HOLINESS AND PEACE GO TOGETHER
Hebrews 12:14 states – Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Holiness involves going after tranquility, freedom from disturbance and quiet with all men, and a consecrated, sanctified life, without which (peace and holiness) no man shall see the Lord. Peace and holiness go together like hand in glove; and foot in shoe;   Peace follows a life hallowed out in holiness.

There is a way to get to holiness:

v HIGHWAY TO HOLINESS
Isaiah 35:8 (a, b) reads – And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called the way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; A highway is a main road to get somewhere.  This main road to holiness is reached through our total obedience to God.  For the Church (God’s people); the way is the way of holiness housed in our sanctuary (our temples where the Holy Ghost resides) which is for those beneficiaries of Christ (those that have taken up their cross to follow Him) those that have been ransomed by Jesus.

This way shall be so plain and straight, that even the most foolish will not easily mistake it.  This highway is not mistaken but often bypassed by those that want to remain led by the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and the pride of life.

How is holiness obtained?

v HOLINESS IS PERFECTED IN THE FEAR OF GOD
2 Corinthians 7:1 states – Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Those in Christ have the promises of God to be in communion with Him, protected and preserved by Him; which are absolute and unconditional.  You have to exercise an ongoing conscious effort to abstain from external defilement such as:  impure words, filthiness and foolish talking, all rotten and corrupt communication; idolatry, adultery, fornication, incest, sodomy, murder, drunkenness, revellings and everything that is filthy which is to be hated  by the saints; filthiness of the spirit is internal pollution (defilement by the internal acts of the mind, such as evil thoughts, lusts, pride, malice, envy, covetousness, and the like should also be abstained from by the saints.  Perfecting holiness (means to become mature in the holiness of God) as you reverence God (fear God).

v OBEDIENCE TO GOD’S LAW IS THE TRUE MARK OF HOLINESS

Exodus 19:5 reads – Now therefore if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people for all the earth is mine:

Obedience to God’s Holy Law is what has marked God’s people from the very beginning, but there is a special part of God’s Law that is designated as His special sign or seal of obedience.  Holy people are God’s peculiar treasure!

IN CLOSING

Holiness is the way because it represents who God is!  Just as your natural children bear resemblance that they belong to you, so must God’s people bear the true resemblance of holiness.  Holiness is the quality produced as a result of living in full obedience to God.

Holiness is not a stern mean look; holiness is not how long your dress is; holiness is not whether you wear makeup, finger nail polish on your nails or toes; holiness is not whether you wear weave, false eye-lashes, or coloring your hair.  All of these things that have been mentioned reflect one’s outward appearance, but the attribute of holiness comes as a result of your love and obedience to God that will cause you to change from the inside out which will in turn reflect how you live!   Pray much for me!

"Will The Real Saints, Please Stand UP!"

We are living in perilous times. A time where the world seems to have a great influence on the church. The church seems to have adopted some of the world practices and have lost sight of the holy/godly principles exemplified through Christ Jesus.

The thought I would like to share with you is "WILL THE REAL SAINTS PLEASE STAND UP!" Matthew 5:20 reads, "For I say unto you except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no way enter into the kingdom of heaven." Jesus was speaking to the multitude of people who came from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea and from beyond the Jordan as well as His chosen disciples. All had witnessed; some, his teachings in their synagogues; some, the preaching of the Kingdom; and some, the healing of all manner of diseases among the people. Jesus seeing the great multitude, set for Himself a place in the mountain where His disciples came unto Him. Here Jesus taught about those who were truly blessed. He let them know in no uncertain terms, did He come to destroy the law, but to fulfill it. He let this great multitude of people know that their righteousness had to go beyond that of the scribes and Pharisess or they would in no way enter into the kingdom of heaven.

The scribes were a group of religious leaders made up mostly of the Pharisees who interpreted and taught the Law of Moses by God. They were experts in the knowledge of the law and cases where people were accused of breaking the Law. They possessed great writing skills, kept records and recorded events. The Pharisees mainly sought to attract the attention of and excite the administration of men. They led and headed the plans to kill Jesus. The whole spirit of their religion could be summed up, not in the confession of sin and humility, but in proud self-righteousness of conflict with any true beginning of man's relationship to either God or His fellow believers. To say the least, and to put it mildly HYPOCRITES! We cannot confess to be a child of God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, fire baptized, Holy-Ghost filled and live contrary to the Laws of God. Jesus' Sermon on The Mount covered so many vital and important things that are found in Matthew 5:21 through Matthew 7:29. Jesus taught and spoke with one of authority and not as the scribes and Pharisees who turned the Law of Moses by God into a mass of rules, traditions and legalisms that they themselves could not follow.

2 Timothy 3:5 reads, "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." We must turn away from being a hypocrite, looking holy but not having any power to live in total submission to God. We cannot only teach the word, know the word, recite the word, but the power comes from applying the word in our everyday lives. We have to be living examples of the power from the Word of God that was given by the very inspiration of God; profitable for doctrine; for reproof; for correction; for instruction in righteousness that we as children of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. We must turn away from having an appearance of godliness and denying the power to come out from the world and be separated; no longer being entangled in the yokes of bondage; denying the power to stop lying, backbiting, fornicating, being selfish, rebellious, and disobedient. We must deny all of those things pertaining to the world. From such we must TURN AWAY!

James 1: 22 reads, "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." Doers of the word do not deceive themselves. They allow the word to change, lead and guide them. Doers of the word, realize that they are absolutelyNOTHING without God. Doers of the word know that it is in Christ Jesus that they move, exist and have all of their being. Doers of the word trust in the Lord with all of their heart and do not lean to their own understanding, but in all of their ways acknowledge Him and He directs their path.

We can no longer sit and listen to message after message, hear word after word and not allow it to transform us in the renewing of our minds. That is why the holy, acceptable and perfect will of God cannot be proved, because we are only a hearer of the word and not a doer!

Our righteousness far exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees by realizing our total dependence on God through Christ Jesus. There is not a set of rules or doctrine by man that can keep us, it is only by the blood of Jesus, the Word of God and the power of the Holy Ghost that we are kept. The Word itself gives us Basic InstructionsBefore Leaving Earth. Being a Saint of God in holiness is not a stern, bold or proud look, nor is it how pretty our hats or suits are; how much our Mauri's alligators or Stacy Adams shoes cost, or how expensive our cars and or the square footage of our houses are; or how extensive our education is; nor is it our boasting of good works, how great we sing or how eloquent we sound when speaking before men. Our righteousness must genuinely be of God and that can only come as a result of a true, sincere and intimate relationship with Him through Jesus Christ who sought to please His Father.

So again, I ask you, "WILL THE REAL SAINTS, PLEASE STAND UP?"
